No problems with the cleaning up of my computer for problems with bad programs or viruses.
One problem exists with the program "GoodSync". It has filled up my disk again and you said that it shouldn't do that.
I don't know what you did with my e-mail, but it isn't like it used to be. I used to open up in my Inbox, but no more. I'm having to go around Mary's house to get all my e-mails.

Have used D&B computers for over 15 years. David is the best. Knowledgeable and very thorough. Very complete in all of their services. Will continue to use them.

Have been doing business with D&B Computers for about 15yrs. Their commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction is AAA. David is prompt and knowledgeable in all aspects of the computer and offers current products to protect our equipment. Have never been disappointed. If I need help, he responds quickly. Great service, products and dependable.

Dave at DNB provided phenomenal service. In each case in which I have worked with him, he has gone above and beyond to fix problems and to make sure everything is working right. I have complete confidence in his abilities to solve whatever computer problem I have. He is a gem!

I had my laptop cleaned up on a Saturday morning and never missed a day of work and it works great. The best part of having the clean-up done remotely is I didn't have to drive, leave my laptop for several days and come back later and pick-up. Dave explained everything he found wrong and reviewed programs and/or junk he found on my laptop before removing. My laptop is 7 years old and still working but is outdated and Dave gave me suggestions on what to look for and will help me decide what I need when I get a new one next year.
